This policy document informs you of AIDA’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from the users of AIDA website and its associated sub domain sites/ services/ IT systems (hereinafter referred to as “AIDA’s IT Systems”).

Payment Processing
We process your payments through third party applications for which you are automatically redirected to the third-party system. The transactions are made only via encrypted connections and we do not collect any financial information such as Credit Card numbers, CVV, Passwords, etc., while processing such payments, rather all such information is provided directly to the third-party processor, who uses your information to process the payments. The use of your information is governed by their privacy policy.
Newsletter
To receive our newsletters, you are required to provide a valid Email address and a confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter. At any point of time, you may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link.

Corrections/Updating/Deletion of Personal Information
You may contact AIDA at info@aida-india.org if your information changes and we will update it accordingly. We keep the information that you provide us when you visit AIDA’s IT Systems till the time the purpose for which it has been collected is relevant.
You may also contact us to delete the information that we hold about you.
