The Committee on Capacity Building has been constituted to support distribution utilities in enhancing institutional and human resource capabilities across technical, commercial, regulatory, and customer service domains. The Committee will identify training needs, facilitate development of skill-building programs, and promote collaboration with training institutions and knowledge partners to strengthen Discom performance in a rapidly evolving power sector landscape.

The Committee will meet at least once every two months.
